Pick a tour, any tour! Not sure which tour you want to book? You’ve got several options to help you decide!

  1. Use the Find Your Tour tool to narrow down your options. Select from various criteria including duration, month of travel, price range and more. Then click through to the tour page(s) for all the details.
  2. Click on the Tours menu and then click on any tour name to be taken to its tour page.
  3. Contact Us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and/or make tour recommendations based on what you’re hoping to get out of your Moose adventure!


Once you’ve selected your perfect tour, click the BOOK NOW button from the tour page. A new window will pop-up with a calendar showing departure dates, pricing and availability. Find your preferred departure date, click the Book Now button for that date, and enter your booking details as requested. You’ll need to agree to our Terms and Conditions and confirm that all passengers are 18 years of age or older to proceed.

On the payment screen, you’ll only pay a 10% deposit to secure your place on the tour! After paying the deposit, you’ll automatically be sent a confirmation email that includes your voucher, the Trip Notes and a copy of the Terms and Conditions you agreed to. Please read these documents carefully and let us know if there are any issues.


The remaining balance of your tour cost is due 42 days prior to departure at the latest. We will send you an email with a secure link to pay prior to your deadline.

If you wish to pay off your outstanding balance sooner, or to pay in installments, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us to let us know.

We’ll be in touch again, after your tour has been paid in full, to collect additional information such as your passport, travel insurance and emergency contact details.


Be sure to (re)read our Trip Notes before preparing to leave on your adventure! There’s a lot of useful information in there, including a section on what to bring. When packing your bag, please read and respect our baggage allowance.

And if you haven’t already, now is the time to tell us your pick up location in either Vancouver or Banff. Check out the Joining Your Trip section in the Trip Notes for a list of pick up locations and times, and then either reply to your confirmation email or contact us with your chosen location.


On the night before departure, please review the Joining Your Trip section of the Trip Notes. There are important instructions about check-in procedures and what to pack in your carry-on bag on Day 1 of your tour!

On the morning of departure, please be ready and waiting in the lobby of your pick up location (or on the street in front) 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. Your Moose driver/guide will collect you and you’ll be off on the #besttripever!


Once you’ve joined the tour, your Moose guide will keep you updated about where you’re going and what you’re doing/seeing that day, and about any optional activities that are available. They’ll also let you know which meals are included and what you can do for non-included meals. Curious about what to do in the evening after reaching the day’s destination? They’ll tell you that too! Your Moose guide’s job is to make sure you always know what’s happening and what your options are so that you can maximize your adventure!

But of course, maximizing your adventure means different things to different people! This is your trip, so you should do it your way! Do as many or as few optional activities as you choose, and remember that walks, hikes, swimming and wildlife spotting are always free. Check out the local restaurants in a destination or prepare a feast for yourself and a new friend in the hostel kitchen. You can #getsocial with your fellow Moose travellers or enjoy some solitude by doing your own thing! Whatever you choose, your Moose guide will help make it happen.
