Preparing For Your Trip

Most Moose passengers finalize their trip a few months before arriving in Canada—but you can book tours anytime. Once you have chosen your tour and departure date, you can look forward to the time of your life.

Here are a few recommendations we suggest based on our experience:

1. Bring proper clothing for the tour. The weather in Canada is predictable, but changes in temperature can occur throughout the day depending on location (this is especially true in the mountains or during the spring and fall months elsewhere);

2. If possible, bring a credit card with you while travelling. Credit cards can be used as identification and for making deposits on rentals if needed;

3. Don’t forget your camera—we will guarantee that you will want to take photos of new friends, beautiful scenery and wild animals!

4. Book your pre-departure accommodation in advance. Moose tours pick up at youth hostels and hotels in major cities such as Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Not sure where to stay? Contact our office for recommendations.

5. Join our facebook group site and hook up with your future bus mates. If you have any questions we can surely answer them there. Possibly perurse some of the pics of passengers past!
